1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and d777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the d777 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the d777 platform immediately and close your account if one has been registered. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

d777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on d777. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances, including bonus funds.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any identity documents provided for KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. d777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify d777 support immediately by contacting us at the email address listed in the footer of this page. d777 may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is conducted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to d777 are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• bKash — instant credit to your d777 wallet upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Nagad — instant credit to your d777 wallet upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Rocket — credited within the standard Rocket transfer processing time.
• Upay — credited within the standard Upay transfer processing time.
• Visa and Mastercard — processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank. d777 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your card issuer may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that method. All withdrawals are denominated in BDT and are paid at the amount requested without currency conversion. d777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on its side; processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours; Rocket and other methods may take up to two hours.

Before any withdrawal is processed, d777 requires identity verification (KYC) to be completed. This is a one-time requirement. Players are required to submit a copy of a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is completed will be held pending until verification is confirmed.

• d777 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above a threshold determined by the platform's risk management procedures.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal destination must match the name and mobile number registered on the player's d777 account.
• d777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

d777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The availability, value and specific terms of each bonus are determined by d777 at its sole discretion and are subject to change without prior notice, except that terms governing a bonus already claimed by a player will not be altered to that player's detriment after the claim has been made.

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time the offer is presented. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per mobile device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through duplicate accounts or other means is prohibited.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money funds in the player's account. Bonus funds may be wagered on eligible games as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates per game category are detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonus expiry periods are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonus funds will be removed from the player's account automatically on expiry.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

The use of certified RNG engines ensures that game outcomes are random, unbiased and not influenced by the platform, by preceding results, by the size of the wager placed, or by the identity of the player.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the d777 platform — including but not limited to software code, game content, graphical assets, user interface design, written content, trademarks and logos — is the exclusive property of d777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of d777.

Your use of the d777 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, sell, resell, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the d777 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions, delayed payment processing or any reliance placed on information published on the platform. d777's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits d777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

d777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides every registered player with access to the following tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly); session time limits; self-exclusion (temporary and permanent). These tools are accessible from the account settings section of the platform and can be activated at any time without charge. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players who have a complaint or dispute regarding the d777 platform are requested to contact d777 customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint including the relevant account, date, time and nature of the issue.

d777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints in a fair and timely manner. The typical response time for formal complaints submitted in writing is within three Bangladesh Standard Time business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process, the matter may be escalated through any dispute resolution mechanism available under applicable law.
